To create an account, open the CIFA App and tap "Sign Up" or "Register". Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can log in and start using all the app features.

Go to your profile or settings in the app and find "Notification Preferences". Enable notifications for match updates. You can also follow specific teams to receive notifications only for matches you care about. Make sure notifications are also enabled in your device settings for the CIFA app.

If you're not receiving notifications, please check the following:

• Ensure notifications are enabled in the app settings
• Check your device settings to make sure CIFA app notifications are allowed
• On iOS, check that notifications aren't in "Scheduled Summary"
• Try logging out and back into the app
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection

Navigate to the Teams section in the app, find your favorite team, and tap the heart or star icon to follow them. You'll then receive updates, news, and notifications about that team's matches and activities.

To delete your account, go to your Profile settings in the app and look for "Delete Account" option. You can also email us at support@caymanislandsfa.com to request account deletion. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed within 30 days.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Close the app completely and reopen it
• Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Clear the app cache (in device settings)
• Restart your device
• If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Yes! The CIFA App is completely free to download and use. All features including live scores, fixtures, news, standings, and notifications are available at no cost.

Many CIFA matches are streamed live on FIFA+. You can access FIFA+ through the app's FIFA+ section or visit plus.fifa.com directly. The app will show you when matches are available for live streaming and provide direct links to watch.
